Clamp shall be made of 12 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape as per standard drawing, Providing and fixing of drain point with 75 mm dia. Bend with CP Jali complete in all respects, Wiring for Group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Group C, Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of H.D.P.E. (DWC) Double wall Corrugated pipe (IS16098) having corrugation on outer wall and plain smooth surface at inner side for interconnection of catch pits / drains in drainage system crossing expansion joints, complete in all respects. For drainage 150 mm. ID, Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticised - Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion - Bend 87.5o 110 mm bend, Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal), Nominal mix 124, 250 NB, Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification RCC/PSC Grade M-40 Using Batching Plant, Transit Mixer and Concrete Pump For solid slab & other super-structure, Height 5m to 10m, Providing and fixing C I body flanged S S strainer fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick Stainless Steel 304 sheet having 3 to 5 mm dia perforation. 200 mm dia, 25 mm. dia nominal bore, Supply, Fixing, Testing & Commissioning of electrical motor driven fire pump, suitable for automatic operation consisting of following (JOCKEY PUMP) (a) Horizontally mounted, end suction type / Multi stage pump (Vertical pump should not be selected) Centrifugal fire pump with operating speed of 2900 rpm, as per IS1520 complete for delivery of under mentioned discharge against desired mentioned head so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 35 meter at the highest and farthest outlet at the specified flow complete with necessary strainers , 100 mm dia dial pressure gauge of calibration 0-15 kg/sq cm including bypass arrangement for periodic testing of the working of the pumpset as well as testing of automation with required length and size of MS pipe and control valves for proper completion of work. The pump shall be capable of giving 150% of rated discharge at head not less than 65% of rated head. The pump shall be provided with Mechanical seals. The impeller shall be enclosed type and accurately balanced dynamically. The pump casing shall be of cast iron, impeller shall be of bronze and shaft shall be of stainless steel. (b) Squirrel cage, TEFC induction motor as per IS 325, suitable for 415 V +/- 10%, 3 Phase, synchronous speed 2900 rpm, IP 55 protection and class 'F' insulation, vaccume impregnated windings with heat and moisture resisting varnish for the above pump and flexible coupling with the pump. The motor shall be rated for continuous duty and shall have HP rating necessary to drive the pump at 150% of it's rated discharge at 65% of rated head. (c) Common bed plate of fabricated mild steel channel or cast iron type, coupling, coupling guard ets as required. (d) Suitable vibration clamping arrangement as required. with foundation bolts, anti vibration pads, washers etc. (Civil work shall be excluded from Vendor scope) Discharge 180 liter per minute Head 70 meter, Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25 mm, Dismantling Stone Masonry as per Technical Specification Clause 202.
