The scope of work is to provide a complete turnkey CCTV Surveillance System for the AIIMS–Patna Residential Complex, which shall include, but not be limited to Design, Supply, Installation, Implementation, Integration, Testing, Commissioning, Training, and Comprehensive Warranty Support. The solution shall deliver an Integrated Video Surveillance System fully interoperable with AIIMS–Patna’s existing network infrastructure. The bidder shall be the single point of responsibility for the end user for the entire duration of the 36 months warranty period excluding UPS. All cabling, wiring, accessories, and infrastructure required for successful implementation shall be included in the scope and shall conform to applicable national and international quality and safety standards. Interested bidders are advised to visit the site prior to bid submission and conduct a detailed survey for their scope of work pertaining to new and seamless integration with the existing CCTV Network. A detailed Diagram explaining the same must be submitted along with the Bidder’s Technical Offer. Supply and Installation of CCTV Surveillance System. The bidder shall supply, install, commission, and provide warranty and related support services for all hardware and system software, including upgrades, updates, enhancements, firmware, and licenses, as specified in the technical specifications, for a period of 36 months from the date of commissioning. Any additional material, hardware, software, or services required for successful operation shall be provided without any additional cost. The proposed solution shall support smooth operation of all cameras as per the BOQ and shall be scalable up to 500 cameras in the future by adding cameras, licenses, and required hardware. The bidder shall submit a detailed system architecture diagram covering Test, Deployment, Quality, and Production environments, ensuring optimum performance, security, scalability, and uptime. This project shall be executed as a complete turnkey assignment. The bidder shall provide on-site warranty support for all supplied items as per the minimum technical specifications. The bidder shall ensure seamless integration of all quoted hardware and software with existing systems and shall supply any additional materials or services required to complete the turnkey solution at no extra cost. Installation shall be carried out only by the OEM or their authorized system integrator/partner. All materials and services shall be in full compliance with the specifications and tender requirements. The bidder shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, and services necessary to ensure reliable, maintainable, and safe operation of the complete system, in compliance with applicable statutory and safety regulations. All minor accessories such as clamps, nails, strings, GI wire, fasteners, etc., required to complete the work as per site conditions shall be included in the bidder’s scope. AIIMS–Patna shall provide raw power with proper grounding and environmental conditions wherever required. IP address assignment shall be carried out with proper network planning. Complete documentation shall be submitted at the time of handover. Camera positioning and angles shall be optimized such that each camera is under coverage of another camera to prevent tampering or obstruction. As multiple OEMs are involved, the bidder shall provide a single point of contact during the warranty period. An escalation matrix with defined response and resolution timelines shall be submitted. For future expansion and maintenance, the bidder shall submit Network proposed diagram with camera locations (during technical bid and post-implementation) Network wiring diagram with proper nomenclature (post-implementation) All digging, cutting, and trenching works, wherever required, shall be in the bidder’s scope. The bidder shall ensure seamless integration with existing CCTV clients and enable remote viewing as required.
