Supply of new generation diesel engine as per rdso specification no. mp-0.08.00.102 (rev. 01) & icfannexure-b, issue status-01, rev-01 along with base rail arrangement with mounting brackets & bolts formounting engine and alternator. (sl. no.1 & 3 of clause 2.1 (scope of supply) of rdso spec no. mp.0.24.00.45(rev.03) is clubbed). (one set per dpc)
supply of traction alternator to be directly coupled to diesel engine. (one set per dpc)
supply of igbt based traction converter system including power rectifier, dc link and associated controls(hardware and software). the software for converter control system shall be compatible with that of vehiclecontrol system. (dpc set) (one set consists of two numbers).
supply of (4a) microprocessor based vehicle control system (hardware and software) suitable for 10/12 caroperation along with all control, protection and indication equipment required for proper functioning of the demu.this shall be compatible with other equipment on demu such as diesel engine, traction alternator, tractionconverter etc. note tcms software should be capable of 10 or 12 coach rake configuration. (one set per basicunit). (4b) a) all the power contactors, mcb's, relays etc. assembled in modular type prewired panels (1 dpc +4 tc), b) epdm sealing arrangement (1 dpc + 4 tc) generally conforming to rdso specno.rdso/2008/el/spec/0067 (latest) for cable transition from coach inside to underframe, roof, endwall areaetc. (one set per basic unit). (4c) pc/laptop based software tool for downloading the fault data packs, viewingand changing the user settable parameters along with user licence. (sl.no. 5,9&13 of clause 2.1 (scope of supply)of rdso spec no. mp.0.24.00.45 (rev.03) is clubbed) (one set per dpc).
supply of three-phase induction motors with gear wheel, gear case, rubber sandwich and axle suspensionunit etc. suitable for input supply from traction converter(s) and air bellows. (dpc set 4 numbers).
supply of solid state auxiliary power converter (apc) for supplying auxiliary power for battery charging,controls, light, fan, electric driven compressor, ventilation fan, rectifier blower motor (if required) etc., may besupplied (please refer clause 9.0 of rdso spec no. mp.0.24.00.45, rev.03). the apc shall draw power fromtraction alternator. (one set per dpc).
supply of modular type electrical motor driven compressor assembly (motor- compressor-air dryer module).the motor shall draw power from the apc (auxiliary power control). the compressor shall be of a proven designand design shall be cleared by rdso. (one set per dpc).
supply of battery along with ss battery box 24v, 500 ah lmla for engine starting (battery box shall be asper icf drg. no.531-7-1-009 latest) 96v/110v,120ah vrla for controls. (battery box shall be as per icfdrg.no.329-7-1-090 latest). (one set per dpc).
supply of speed indicator with suitable mounting arrangement on the driver desk. (one set per dpc).
supply of prewired driver desk complete including guard side box, signal bell (electronic type), emergencybell (electronic type), push buttons, electrical wiper along with washer tank, fuel level indication, led spot lightand all required accessories etc., and excluding ep brake and parking brake. (one set per dpc).
supply of inter vehicle couplers assembly along with end wall terminal panels for power, control and datacommunication with cable assembly. inter vehicle couplers required for dpc and tcs of one basic unit (1dpc+4tc) are in the scope of tenderer. inter vehicle coupler shall be user- friendly and generally confirm to icfspec.no.icf/elec/133 cs-03. (one set per basic unit).
supply of driver cab - frp interior paneling with sun wiser as per drg. no. 531-9-0-025 latest alteration. cabdoors - of light weight construction with proven make hinges - southco / dirack. for any other make/brand ofhinges approval of icf shall be required before supply. the doors should be openable inside or sliding type andshould flush with the nose cone. (one set per dpc).
supply of a) motor connection boxes, complete air ducts and filters etc., b) dc- link junction boxes andaccessories. (one set per dpc).
supply of gps based pas/pis system for one basic unit (1 dpc + 4 tc) generally conforming to rdso specification no. rdso/pe/spec/emu/0065 with icf annexure no.04 & 07. (see details at clause-2.2.1 ofrdso spec no. mp.0.24.00.45. rev.03). (one set per basic unit).
supply of closed circuit tv cameras (cctv) confirming to specification icf/md/spec/269 (latest revision& amendments) in the driver's cabin and ladies compartment along with digital video recorder in dpc. (onecamera in driver's cab & two in ladies compartment of dpc). (one set per dpc).
supply of all power cables, control cables, data communication and special cables like optic fiber cables,dc link cables with necessary crimping sockets for one basic unit (1 dpc + 4 tc). (one set per bas
